We are delighted to let you know that you live in an area served by Thomasville White-Glove Delivery service, the experts in the scheduling, inspection, transport, delivery and set up of fine home furnishings.

Timeframe and communication:

Just after your purchase, Thomasville will contact you to confirm your online order. We will verify that you’ve measured the space to ensure your new furniture is a good fit AND that it is deliverable (i.e., can be accommodated in elevators, hallways, doorways and the like).

  • Your order will arrive in our local Service Center approximately 4-6 weeks after your purchase is confirmed. Please know that the 4-6 week time frame is an estimate; in the manufacture of fine furniture, lead times can be subject to change.
  • Once your item(s) have arrived, the Service Center will call you directly to set a Monday-Friday delivery time
  • To give you the utmost personal service, a Design Consultant from our local store will oversee your account. The Design Consultant will contact you shortly after order confirmation to answer any questions you may have and keep you apprised of any changes of status via telephone or email, according to your preference.

Getting ready for delivery:

  • When the local Service Center calls to set your delivery date, you’ll receive specific direction and advice on preparation for delivery day.
  • Delivery service does not include the removal of doors, handrails or disassembly of your new purchase for installation. Nor can the crew hang mirrors or pictures or install TVs or other components.
  • In rare cases, delivery may require extraordinary means, such as hoisting or disassembly. It is your responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements in advance of delivery, including additional costs that may occur.

What to expect on delivery day:

  • Our seasoned crews will do all the heavy lifting, so to speak, including the complete assembly and set up of your new purchase.
  • It’s important that you inspect your new furniture carefully while our delivery team is still at your home. Please note any exceptions or issues on your delivery copy and call our customer service department with any issues before the delivery team leaves your residence. We cannot be responsible for unreported damages or issues that are not identified and reported at the time of delivery.
  • Upon departure, the crew will remove all debris and packaging materials, leaving you to enjoy your purchase.
  • Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees are quoted with a calculation using the product’s weight and delivery distance from our Local Service Center. Providing your address at the appropriate time in your check out process allows us to make this calculation.
