With children, the "serviceability," or ease of cleaning spills, is one of the most important factors influencing your leather choice. The easiest leather for you to clean will be Grade 2 leather. It is top-grain leather that has been aniline-dyed, sanded, embossed and protected. This leather does not have the soft, supple quality that others in our line have, but Grade 2 is certainly the easiest to clean. If you prefer softer leather that has enhanced stain resistance, Grade 4 leather may be more appropriate for you.
