Thomasville Warranty Information
EFFECTIVE WITH PRODUCTS DELIVERED ON OR AFTER APRIL 1, 2003
Thomasville warrants to you, the original purchaser, that for the stated warranty
term, Thomasville will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective
in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion
of the manufacturer. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit
the original sales receipt when making a claim.
Thomasville warranty period begins at the time you receive the product in your home.
If Thomasville determines that repair is impractical you will be furnished a substitute
unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. If you notice a manufacturing
defect, it is important for you to promptly notify the Thomasville Authorized Retailer
from whom you purchased your furniture. If it is impossible or impractical to notify
that Retailer, please submit your claim on-line, via e-mail, fax or in writing to:

After notification it may be necessary for Thomasville to arrange for an inspection
of your furniture to determine whether or not a manufacturing defect exists. These
are your exclusive remedies under Thomasville's warranty. Please complete and return
the warranty registration card that is attached to your copy of the Thomasville
Furniture Industries warranty or enter the information on-line at
www.thomasville.com/warranty/ as soon as possible.
Warranty Terms

Wood Furniture
The limited warranty on wood furniture products, which includes dressers, beds, tables,
chests, dining chairs, desks, cabinets and their component parts, is one year from
the date you receive the product in your home.
Upholstered Furniture
Frame, Springs, Motion Mechanisms, Sleeper Mechanisms, Swivel and Swivel Rocker Mechanisms,
when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, the frame, springs, and the
aforementioned motion mechanisms are warranted for a limited lifetime from the time
you receive the product in your home so long as your upholstered product is covered
in its original covering.
